A blend of Lavender & Eucalyptus Oils in boiling water. Breathe in the relaxing and therapeutic vapours.
and for those of you who don't have a bath to soak in, try these vicks vapour shower cups - blend baking soda with water to make a thick paste. Add essential oils of Eucalyptus, Rosemary and Lavender. Spoon mix into lined muffin tray and allow to set for 15-18 hours. Once set place at your feet in the shower and allow it to steam away your stuffy nose.
