Cooking up a storm...
...recreating what we ate at a Modern Middle Eastern Restaurant last week. We enjoyed the food so much but the restaurant lacked a certain kind of atmosphere that we were hoping for. So I figure, tonight with some candle light and the warm cozy fire burning in the background, hopefully I can not only do a pretty good impression of the menu but also improve on the atmosphere.
