"Fruits of our Labour"

We have been getting so much enjoyment out of growing some of the green vegetables that we love to eat. We care for the garden as a family and include Freddy as much as we can. He loves helping with the weeding but I think he manages to eat more dirt than anything else.

Apart from the usual winter herbs (parsley, sage, rosemary & thyme) I use to help flavour my cooking, at the moment we are picking beautiful healthy leaves of baby spinach & rich green leaves of kale (Italian Cabbage).
These are some of the foods that we enjoy eating with the "fruits of our labour"
